Fisher is known for their quality Austrian construction and keen ability to produce world class carving skis, no one saw the innovative design of a carbon freeride ski coming! We were beyond surprised at the performance of the Ranger Line of skis new for 2016. The Fischer Ranger 98 Ti is constructed with carbon throughout it's chassis. The Fischer Ranger 98 Ti has a layer of titanal underfoot to offer torsional stability when carving, while providing the freedom to put any binding you would like onto it, touring or traditional alpine. The ski freely charges anywhere on the mountain. The Fischer Ranger 98 Ti offers above average performance, while still offering an extremely lightweight design. Camber underfoot, with a fair amount of rocker in the tip to easily start a turn and a slight raise in the tail locks skiers in, while releasing with ease and allowing smear if you jump into the trees. This ski offers a cache of capabilities for a skier in the east or west looking to own just one ski. Offering high dollar performance at a reasonable price, the Ranger will keep even the most conservative consumer happy. The Fischer Ranger 98 Ti men's ski is able to be paired with Fischer's new Profoil skin which an innovative new way to get this one ski quiver up the hill before the sun rises.
